Our tradition of food and hospitality began in 1972 with the establishment of the Hotel
Satyavijay by Late Sukhabhai in Vasad, Near Vadodara, Gujarat. Hotel Satyavijay is a famous
for its tasty Kathiyavadi food and still today people stand in queue to savour its unique,
completely authentic Kathiyavadi dishes.
Then in 2002, Sukhabhai's family diversified into the business of Kathiyavadi Instant Masala
Mix & Variety of Satyavijay Chutney. As the business expanded, modernization and wide
market were added. Thus Sukharam’s Vision & Mission Spread all over the Gujarat.
& now its taste going to spread across the India.
The art of the preparation food secrets have been protected and handed down over the
generations and delicious food are based on truly authentic kathiyavadi recipes from
kathiyavadi region. Our journey begain from Gujarat’s to India's all cities. Instant

While running kathiyawadi hotel, we distribute our chutney to customer totally free of

this experience owner of Satyavijay Hotel Shri Keshubhai Sukhabhai Prajapati & his
better half smt. Minaben Keshubhai Prajapati have been decided tha tto put this chutney in
very attractive packaging & distribute in market. & here Satyavijay Gruh Udhyog's
Foundation has been established.
In early days they prepare this chutney in their home & distribute on very smallscale
but with the demand of time they have make modern changes & do so many R.& D. &
after that they have been established totally automated & well equipped machinery set
for their production. So with this they have started dealers & distributors
networks.Shri Keshubhai & Smt. Minaben work so hard for all this establishment with
Hotel Business frowing day by day & also Satyavijay Gruh Udhyog grawing with so huge
& big scale.
